The Northern California Cancer Center (NCCC) is providing this online Cancer Calendar as a public service. The information listed on this site is intended to help the general public find cancer education programs in the San Francisco Bay Area and secondly, it serves as a resource tool for agencies to promote their educational programs to the public.

Geographic area: At this time, this site is intended to provide information about programs in the greater San Francisco Bay Area (the counties of: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey, Napa and Sonoma).

National conferences: From time to time we will include selected national conferences that we think might be of interest to a broad audience.

Cancer Support Groups: At this time, we are not including cancer support groups in this Calendar because the locations, facilitators, times and dates change frequently. Individuals seeking a cancer support group are encouraged to contact their local hospital(s) or the American Cancer Society at 1-800-ACS-2345.

Users of the Calendar are advised that the information included has been submitted by the agencies sponsoring the programs. Users should be aware that, while we try to post accurate and timely information, we are not responsible for errors related to the content, date, location, etc. of the programs. We will try to correct any errors if they are brought to our attention in a timely fashion.

The inclusion of educational programs on this site does not imply an endorsement or recommendation from NCCC.
